Indolent

Foreword:
I thought I posted this yesterday. Oh well.

Princeton says:

Pronunciation: In (stressed) as in in. Dol as in dole, (banana) doleful, the dle in candle, ent sounts like the int and ent in intelligent.

  3. My Dad always used to call me an indolent lollygagger when I was lazy or whatever as a little kid but I didn't actually know what it really meant until I was a teenager.
